Barnacle: This happy boy can't wait to find his forever home. He loves going on adventures and playing with toys. He loves puzzle toys and anything that enriches his mind. Barnacles are very smart and eager to learn. He is good on leads and loves people. He likes to choose his own canine friends, so he needs to be introduced slowly and wants a small cat-free home. Barnacles are about 1 to 2 years old.
Partner: Buddy, a boxer mix puppy, is about 9 months old and ready for a new home. He is well-trained and does well with dogs, cats, and all people. He knows how to sit, how to grab, how to swing. Buddy is doing well in a nursing home, but he wants a home of his own.
farmersonly.com and christianmingle.com: These two adorable sisters are ready for their forever homes. These can be employed together or separately. These girls are thriving in foster care. She likes toys and gets along well with other cats.

Animal Services is currently in need of food donations for the Community Pet Food Bank, which helps pets of people in need. Donations can be dropped off or mailed to Burke County Animal Services at 425 Kirksey Drive, Morganton, NC 28655.
