Cockroaches in kitchen, slime in ice machine violate health regulations at Phoenix area restaurant

Phoenix (3TV/CBS 5) — Every week, Arizona families check out restaurants that have been recently inspected by the Maricopa County Department of Environmental Services. Restaurants that have the most “risk factors” that inspectors consider to be serious health code violations are selected for the Dirty Dining Report. Filiberto's – 1158 W Washington Street, Tempe

• I didn't wash my hands after breaking and cooking eggs.

Habanero Mexican Grill – 14870 N Northsight Blvd, Scottsdale

3 violations

• The employee cut his finger, wrapped it in a paper towel and continued working.
• Employees handling raw meat and sauce without washing their hands
• Cooked beans are not kept at the correct temperature

Indian oven – 1315 S Gilbert Road, Mesa

3 violations

• cockroaches living in the kitchen
