financial news analyzed university data from the 2022 and 2023 Rising Stars List to find out which alma maters are most popular among young professionals working in finance and professional services.
The analysis looks like this FN We are looking for candidates for new works Rising star of European financeaimed at people working in financial and professional services in Europe.
We considered five lists for 125 people under the age of 40 working in Europe, including two in treasury management and banking, along with the 2023 legal sector list.
Using information provided through LinkedIn and nomination forms, FN We were able to identify where 111 of them earned their bachelor's degree.

Fourteen of the rising stars went to Oxford, the most popular university, while 11 went to Durham. University College London was his third most attended with seven graduates, followed by the University of Bristol and the London School of Economics. All five schools are part of the Russell Group, which comprises the UK's leading universities.
