Microsoft has partnered with the developers of Palworld to use the game and its “Pals” in the company's official marketing for Xbox.
Since the game's release in late January, Palworld's phenomenal success has firmly captured the public's attention. This is one of the biggest and most amazing success stories the gaming industry has ever seen. It broke concurrent player records and became one of his best-selling indie games of all time.

However, this is not without controversy, with many believing that Palworld's model is too similar to the gaming Pokemon to avoid facing some kind of action from Nintendo. There is. But as the saying goes, any publicity is good publicity. And companies are interested in partnering with indie developer Pocketpair, many to get a piece of Palworld's pie.
At least, that's what Microsoft is doing, using Palworld in official Xbox marketing materials.

Considering Palworld's success with Game Pass, this isn't a surprising partnership at all. In many ways, Microsoft now has access to a title that's as marketable as Pokemon itself.
Microsoft has already confirmed efforts to help Palworld scale up to meet demand by providing studio engineering resources and dedicated servers. It definitely helps reduce the high cost of monthly maintenance of the game.

Despite announcing that they would investigate IP infringement, no legal action has been taken by the Pokémon Company or Nintendo. For this reason, many believe that copyright law will not be a major obstacle to the future of his Palworld.
Judging by new marketing materials, Microsoft appears to be betting on the game's long-term success.
