SummitMedia, LLC, a multimedia company with broadcast, digital media, and event brands in multiple markets, is seeking a Digital Marketing Campaign Coordinator. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Birmingham, Alabama office. Suitable candidates will be based in Birmingham and must be willing to work both in the office and remotely as required. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate with at least one year of experience in paid digital media or related work focused on digital marketing.
The Digital Marketing Campaign Coordinator works closely with the Digital Sales Operations team to ensure the success of our clients' digital advertising campaigns. This role requires significant support interaction with sales team members in multiple markets.
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Process and enter proposal requests for digital campaigns.
· Properly organize and analyze data to support strategic decision-making and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.
· Monitor campaigns after launch using an online management portal system.
· Communicate with sales representatives regarding items needed to start the campaign (creative specs, tracking pixels, etc.) and items needed throughout the duration of the client's campaign.
· Manage monthly reports for all digital campaigns.
· Ad hoc tasks needed to manage your digital campaign and ensure its success.

· 1+ years of experience in a digital advertising/paid media campaign assistant role in a professional office environment preferred.
· Proven track record of being professional, analytical, detail-oriented, and organized.

· Experience building relationships and fostering collaboration among internal teams.
· Powerful CRM and Microsoft Applications Suite functionality.
· College degree in media, communications, or marketing preferred.
