1. Emirates Airlines
A few years ago, Dubai-based Emirates introduced the Boeing 777-300ER First Class. This was the first time that an airline offered a fully enclosed first class product that offered travelers complete privacy. Previously, airlines offered doors on first class seats, but Emirates went a step further and offered floor-to-ceiling enclosed suites.
In addition to privacy, the suites are spacious with large TVs and very comfortable beds. Emirates First Class passengers will receive a Bvlgari amenity kit, Bowers & Wilkins E1 headphones, and pajamas infused with vitamin E and olive oil to keep your skin hydrated while you sleep during your flight.
Emirates also offers a first class product on its Airbus A380. However, the seats are not that plush. One advantage is that Airbuses are equipped with shower spas, allowing passengers to refresh themselves before arriving at their destination.
2. Lufthansa
Lufthansa has always had some of the best business and first class cabins, but they're about to get even better. In the fall of 2024, Allegris First Class will be introduced on Boeing 787-9s and Airbus A350-900s.
Allegris has two different first class options. First Class suites feature privacy doors, 32-inch 4K TVs, and wide seats that convert into beds.
If you want to spread out or share a suite with your loved one, you can choose First Class Suite Plus. Suite Plus includes two interlocking and separately controlled extra-wide seats that convert into a double bed at night. A 41-inch 4K TV is also available.
3. Singapore Airlines
Singapore Airlines' Airbus A380 First Class Suite is next on our list. Each plane has only 6 cabins, all located on the upper floors. While these don't offer complete privacy like Emirates or Lufthansa, they do offer more real estate than other top-tier products.
Each suite has seating and a bed and is very comfortable. In addition, if you are traveling with a loved one, you can also create a combined suite with a double bed. In addition to comfortable seats and sleeping quarters, first class passengers have access to a wide selection of champagne and caviar, as well as the opportunity to book a cook.
4. Air France
If good food and luxurious bedding are important to you, try Air France's First Class offering on the Boeing 777-3000ER. Instead of a fully enclosed suite, wraparound curtains are used, but whether or not this appeals to you may vary. However, they offer some of the best in-flight meals of any international airline. Luxurious bedding ensures you arrive well-rested on your long flight.
