Beverly Gray's Foundry and The Exchange secured $3 million in funding earmarked for small businesses. Funding will be provided by the Regional Revitalization Partnership (RRP) and allocated to small businesses on the city's East Side through the Small Business Growth Initiative, a partnership between The Foundry and The Exchange at Beverly Gray.
“Our unique partnership with The Foundry gives us a great opportunity to support a diverse range of small business owners and entrepreneurs in the Eastside community with programs and support that meet their needs. The program will be transformative for many entrepreneurs, giving them the foundation on which to build their businesses and their futures,” said Derrick Parson, executive director of The Exchange at Beverly Gray.
The goals of this fundraising initiative are:
- Supporting the growth of entrepreneurship
- Create a one-stop shop and concierge for small businesses
- Build a pipeline of the next generation of entrepreneurs
- Strengthen the capabilities of both The Foundry and The Exchange to support small businesses
