Wharton's research abilities are legendary in higher education circles. Her B-school at the University of Pennsylvania is home to more than 20 of her research centers and initiatives in everything from analysis to public policy to social impact. Its scholarships create new courses, programs, and partnerships between academia, industry, and government, all helping to address pressing global business challenges.
So it's no surprise that the business school has topped two major research rankings released in recent weeks, the Financial Times' annual research rankings and UT-Dallas' North American and global research rankings. No big surprise.
From our home page, you can see how other leading research institutions performed in the latest rankings.
Poets&Quants For Undergrads has been recognizing the “best” business majors since 2016, and this list is consistently one of our most popular articles.
To identify the 100 students on the list, we invite the top 50 schools in our annual business school undergraduate rankings to submit two alumni who fit our definition of “best.”
This year's list included 60 women and students from countries other than the United States. They are a diverse group of young stars, ranging from elite athletes to social activists, military veterans, and startup founders.
If you're so inclined, you can take a closer look at all 100 individual profiles from our homepage.
