He said, “While the world is developing day by day, our Bhendi Bazaar is also developing and I don't see any harm in that.The buildings here are centuries old; It was in a state of disrepair and needed serious attention. His Holiness Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin initiated the redevelopment of Bhendi Bazaar for the betterment and greater good. The project is nearing half of its completion. Once completed, we will see a new Bhendi Bazaar with modern facilities and spaces.”
Mr. Fakhruddin Mitaiwala of Fakhri Farsan Mart and Mr. Qureshi Abdul Samad of Hajj Tikka Corner Express said: The way we do business and the environment in which we operate has changed. We have progressed from the humble buildings of the old Bhendi Bazaar to the tall towers of today. Local people's attitudes have also changed.
