IPG Mediabrands has appointed Kristine Biti (pictured) as Head of APAC for KINESSO. The news comes after Matt Ware took over his role as CEO of IPG Mediabrands.
Biti will be based at KINESSO RHQ in Singapore and will report to IPG Mediabrands Asia-Pacific CEO Leigh Terry.
As Head of APAC for KINESSO, an IPG Mediabrands technology-driven performance agency, Mr. Biti is responsible for the leadership of over 1,000 digital professionals across 11 markets working in digital media, marketing automation, advanced analytics, commerce and AI. I'll take over.

The agency said Biti has 15 years of advertising, marketing and technology experience across the Asia-Pacific region, specializing in regional expansion, strategic partnerships and driving organizational change within the industry.
She most recently served as Head of Operations, Clients and Growth for Asia Pacific at Media.Monks.

Her position will be effective Thursday, April 11th.
This news comes shortly after IPG Media Brands appointed Matt Ware as CEO of IPG Media Brands Japan. The announcement follows the departure of Koichi Sonoda, who served as Japan CEO for five years.
Ware has relocated from Singapore to Tokyo to take up a new role, effective immediately, reporting directly to Terry.
In his new role, Mr. Ware will lead the IPG Mediabrands Japan network and guide advertisers to optimize their media investments for real business outcomes.
Mr. Ware, who previously served as KINESSO's APAC CEO, has over 15 years of professional digital marketing experience, including 11 years in Asia Pacific and over five years in Japan.
