Prior to joining RMS, he worked for the following companies: bed bath & beyond For nearly 25 years, he has held a variety of positions from store-level manager to district and regional operations manager to regional director of operations and continuous improvement for the Central Region.
He is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt and holds the Project Management – LEAN Process Certification.
Sweet earned a bachelor's degree in business administration. State University of New York at Fredonia. He lives in the Radisson community just outside the village of Baldwinsville.
