Being a better lover is a skill, and like any skill, it takes practice. About 40 years have passed, sex therapistand a sex shop owner teaches Sinead Corcoran Dye how to improve your between-the-sheets habits.
“Don't believe the nonsense that sex is a playground for young people,” says sexologist Alexander Terblanche. “There is currently too much research suggesting that our sexual experiences may get better as we age.
“The advice I wish all of us, no matter our age, would take more of is this when it comes to our sex lives: We make the rules. We decide the measures, definitions, and measures of satisfaction. Once we understand that “great sex” is defined only by us, the subsequent freedom becomes wonderfully fertile ground for improving our sex lives. ”

Elizabeth Hurley's son was fondled as a toddler, had Elton John as his godfather, and now, at 21, his mother is directing an erotic thriller.
Damian Hurley isn't easily swayed. “I've never really been impressed by stars,” he says. “I've grown up around the giants of the industry, so I'm pretty unfazed.” But Elizabeth Hurley's son admits he was a little upset when he appeared in a modeling campaign with Naomi Campbell . Thankfully, the original '90s supermodel is an “old family friend” and had some advice. “She really taught me, which is very interesting. So when you look into the camera, you have to have two thoughts: 'Fuck me' or 'fuck you.' “That's it,” he says. “That's absolutely true. A new book claims all the treatments for back pain are wrong. Joanna Wayne finds out why.
A few days before speaking with spine pain expert Antony Bush, I asked him to take a look at a recent article in a British newspaper titled “7 Daily Habits to Banish Back Pain Forever.'' I asked. The practitioners who provide expert advice in the story include physical therapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, personal trainers, yoga instructors, and more, which is exactly in line with his ideas.
The next morning, Bush emails back the article covered in digital yellow sticky notes. In his view, more than half of the magazine's major claims are myths, partial truths, or simply not supported by evidence-based research. But far from being shocked or outraged by the dissemination of this misinformation, he was not at all surprised.
“This is just a classic. It's all hearsay, passed down by well-meaning practitioners repeating what they've been taught, but it's all proven wrong in controlled clinical trials,” he says.

The superstar's new sound was rejected by Nashville country radio, with critics accusing her of being cynical. Do they have a point?
In the weeks leading up to the release of her new album, Cowboy Carter (the second in a three-part project set to begin in 2022 with a disco- and house-influenced renaissance theme), the music industry has been puzzling over the album's quality. There wasn't much of a fight over it. It's not about the song, it's about whether Beyoncé doing country is, simply put, a good thing.
Some may argue that statistics should tell the whole story. With Texas Hold'em, she quickly became the first black woman to top the US Hot 100 with her country song. Support continued from Queen Dolly Parton. “I'm a huge Beyoncé fan and I'm so excited she made a country album,” she wrote on Instagram, later adding that Knowles Carter may have covered Jolene on her new record. He hinted at something.

testosterone levels It is on the decline, mainly due to improper diet and lifestyle. Fortunately, there are ways to increase this important hormone, writes personal trainer Matt Roberts.
Testosterone is an important hormone that is important for so many functions. It is important to maintain normal levels because it is involved in growth, repair, and sexual function. Men need testosterone to build strong bones, muscles and masculinity. However, this sex hormone is not only found in men, but also in women, although at lower levels.
For men, testosterone levels peak in their early 30s and begin to decline gradually from there. But now, a major new research program at the University of Massachusetts shows that 54-year-old men's testosterone levels are an astonishing 22 percent lower than they were just 20 years ago, and scientists are wondering why. That's because of our poor diet and lifestyle.
If this is a true generational shift, and my in-house testing supports that number, we need to address the issue quickly and raise standards again. Our vitality depends on hormones. So what can you do to reboot this essential hormone?

Even though Married at First Sight isn't a good show, Karl Pushman can't stop watching it. Here's why:
To my eternal shame, I've been watching the latest season of Three's reality TV behemoth. Married at first sight (Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries). What's worse, I enjoy it.
Let me be clear. MAFS It's not a good show. It's not good TV. A guilty pleasure? No, even that faint praise is too much. It's complete slop with no nutritional value. And yet I continue to scoff at it night after night, like the gluttonous zombie the show rightly assumes I am.
