“Our largest two-bedroom units seem to be in the highest demand from prospective tenants, and many of our units have deposits,” Casselder said.
“While we are seeing strong interest in this community, we still have availability in our most popular one- and two-bedroom floor plans, so potential tenants should contact us now. I recommend it.”
Parkwood is offering a select number of residents the opportunity to join the resident-only Founders Club, which requires move-in by July. Founding members receive reservations for a specific unit or floor plan of their choice, five dinners per person per month for the first 12 months, underground parking for one year, a $500 credit toward moving costs, and a Parkwood partner. Additional benefits include dedicated relocation assistance. Moving Station, $200 salon credit, community referral credit for friends and family, and access to events exclusive to Founders Club members.
“We expect the remaining Founders Club slots to be sold out by the end of April,” Casselder said.
