Extension of financial guarantees to enable SLN to continue operations

On April 10, 2024, the SLN suspended its operations at the mine site in the Northern Region (Nepoy-Kopet, Française) after the Northern Region rejected the financial guarantee given by Eramet until May 25, 2024. As a reminder, SLN has always operated by submitting financial guarantees. Due to its financial situation, SLN is no longer able to independently provide these guarantees from 2020 onwards.
