I came to Rock Springs Animal Control Center as a stray cat and no one came to pick me up. I am a very friendly pup who loves other dogs, cats, and people of all ages. I'm still a puppy so I'm very proud of the fact that I'm housebroken. I'm still learning the commands, but I've picked up some proper etiquette and I'm sure it will help you keep me on lockdown. Hello! I'm Dusty, a cute 1 year old boy. He was mistreated and abandoned by his previous owner. They were seen throwing bones to chase me and then getting into a car and driving off, leaving me behind. I spent seven days scared and alone until kind people caught me and took me to Rock Springs Animal Control before a snowstorm. Now I'm looking for a family that will love me and treat me kindly. It's a little scary when you meet someone for the first time, but I'll warm up to you right away and give you all my love with an open heart! I love other dogs and get along very well with them, so I already have a furry friend at home. If so, that's fine with me! I'm a sweet guy with a lot of personality waiting to blossom! Hello! This is Winnie, a 5 year old female cat. She is a friendly girl who loves to be petted. She may take a little while to open up to you, but once she does, she will be very cuddly and affectionate. You can make friends with everyone regardless of age or race! I'm around cats, dogs, and kids and get on well with them all. I love talking and exploring, and I'm very curious. But it's also really fun to take a nap on the couch or in front of the window, soaking up the sun. I'm really looking forward to exploring my new home and getting to know my new family.
