How did the concept behind Pendulum evolve? How is it different from other members' clubs?
Initially, our vision was to create a series of community-driven events for our members.
Eventually, we evolved this business into a mobile app. This allows us to organize events with luxury partners and build in the additional perks our clients have been looking for, such as travel, hotel and shopping lifestyle perks.
In contrast to typical members-only clubs with physical locations, our business model is centered around technology, convenience, and premium access to global events and luxury benefits wherever you travel. Pendulum can be thought of as a digital passport app and concierge service that allows Pendulum clients to enjoy an unlimited lifestyle and access cultural events not normally available to the general public.

What do signature Pendulum parties and experiences include and where in the world are they located?
Our Pendulum events typically revolve around art, fashion, music and sporting events, and most of our clients end up traveling throughout the calendar year. From dinner parties hosted by famous celebrity chefs to fashion week and art week parties. Currently, we are primarily focused on New York, Los Angeles, and London. However, events in Miami, Singapore, Budapest, and other European cities are also in the works.
How do you think Pendulum fills the void for luxury membership customers?
We believe that the traditional model of exclusive members only clubs may have its limitations. As we researched and interviewed our clients' needs, we realized that many were seeking global access to a lifestyle beyond the perks offered by traditional brick-and-mortar clubs.
Especially in the wake of the pandemic, the desire to travel while working in multiple cities has become increasingly widespread. Never before has there been a convenient app that gives you easy access to VIP events, exclusive tickets, and offers from major cities around the world, all in one place. Additionally, our clients are exploring new ways to create communities and will soon be launching a discovery feature that allows members to explore select locations around the world.
