• GT hit 72 home runs, fifth in program history and the most in a single season under coach Irene Morales.
• Those 72 home runs are the fourth-most in Division I behind Miami (Ohio), Virginia Tech and the University of Oklahoma.
• The Yellow Jackets currently have the best offensive season in program history as a team with a .325 batting average (program record .323 set in 2011) and a .422 on-base percentage (program record .411 set in 2010). We are progressing at a pace towards. His slugging percentage was .583 (the program record was set in 2011 at .589).
• The Jackets are averaging 2.12 HR per game against non-Power 5 opponents this season.
• The offensive line has risen to the top in the sport this year, ranking in the top 20 in batting average (18th – .325), on-base percentage (11th – .422) and slugging percentage (8th – .584). Runs (4th – 72), Runs Per Game (13th – 6.80), Walks (6th – 161).
• Tech is the only Power 5 program in the nation to have three players in the top 20 in HR in 2024: Mallory Black (4th – 16th), Madison Dobbins (18th – 13th) and Sarah Beth. Allen (18th – 13th).
• Mallory Black leads the Power 5 with 16 home runs and leads the ACC with 52 RBIs (third in Division I). Her 52 RBIs are the most by a Yellow Jacket since 2013, and her 16 HRs rank eighth in program history.
• Black (52 RBIs), Madison Dobbins (48 RBIs), and Tiffany Domingue (40 RBIs) each achieved 40 or more RBIs this season, giving GT three players to do so. This is the first time since 2011. GT is one of only two programs in DI to record three 40-RBI players. RBI player (also from Florida).
• Allen hit three home runs against Auburn on April 6, tying the program record for most home runs in a single game. He is one of 13 players across Division I to hit a HR in three games this season and one of only four Jackets to do so. 2011.
• Georgia Tech has four players this season with multiple double-digit RBIs for the first time since 2010: Mallory Black (13 RBIs), Madison Dobbins (11 RBIs), Domingue (11 RBIs), Sarah Beth Allen (11 RBIs).
• Dobbins tied the record for most Grand Slams in a single season, set in 2011, with three.
• Georgia Tech leads the ACC in double plays (21), seventh-most in Division I and the most in the Morales era.
• Allen has the fourth-most walks in all of Division I with 35 free bases. She is four steps away from tying Tricia Awald (2019) and Tara Knudsen (2004) for the fifth-most single-season walks in program history.
• Allen became the first Yellow Jacket in the Morales era to hit double-digit home runs in consecutive seasons (13 last season). This is the first time this has happened since Hope Rush in 2012 and 2013.
• Jin Sileo stole 11 bases this year. She became the first Yellow Jacket player in the Morales era to steal at least 10 bases in all four seasons she played at Tech, and her first since 2015.
• The Yellow Jackets are the only team in the Power 5 with four pitchers who have pitched 50 or more innings.
