Excelsior Citizen is excited to introduce our newest team member, Jessica Cornish, who has joined us as a digital manager and lifestyle writer. Jessica's diverse background, her involvement in her community, and her passion for storytelling make her a perfect fit for our publication. We recently spoke with Jessica to learn more about her journey to Excelsior Her Citizen and what she hopes to bring to our community through her work.
Jessica's passion for Excelsior Citizen is rooted in her admiration for the publication's positive impact on the community. “Being able to see all the good that Citizen brings to the community was definitely a big factor. I also knew how much work goes into all of the work, so I wanted to help take some of the burden off.” “I wanted to do that,” Jessica expressed. Her passion to contribute and make a difference speaks volumes about her commitment to our mission.
Originally from Northland, Jessica and her husband Scott moved to Excelsior in April 2014. “We found a home here with a USDA loan and never looked back,” Jessica shared. For nine years, she has been providing her pet services out of her home, a testament to her love for animals and dedication to providing care. In 2022, Jessica became a Certified Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT Tapping) Practitioner, further diversifying her professional experience and general tranquilityfocus on yourself and your health.
