Irish Finance Minister Michael McGrath announced on Friday that the Irish Strategic Investment Fund (ISIF) would be divested from six Israeli companies due to their involvement in the occupation of Palestinian territory.

“We have been informed by the NTMA that it has decided to withdraw from ISIF’s global portfolio investments in companies with certain activities in the Occupied Palestinian Territories,” McGrath said in a statement.
